The garage door panels are eco-built and use 100% recycled wood fibre. These EcoBulit doors are SCS certified, which requires a minimum of 88% recycled content.
Recycled Douglas-fir garages are Eco Built. Because these garage doors are made of actual wood, they look, feel, and sound like wood. By recycling unused Douglas-fir from mills, Overhead Door fuses it with wax and exterior grade resins, forming a reliable garage door panel.
These specially formulated Eco Built garage door panels combine resins, wax, and sealers. Mixing these components into dry compounds enables the garage doors to withstand denting, bending, splitting, moisture, cracking, and warping.
The surfaces of these wooden garage doors do not require exterior priming.
A replaceable long-life weather seal is included with the purchase of these garage doors.
With the purchase of these doors, a warranty of up to ten years is included.
